Job Title / SpecializationPostsAfisa Sheria Mwandamizi (Senior Legal Officer)1TOTAL POSTS1 AFISA SHERIA MWANDAMIZI Ofisi ya Rais, Sekretarieti ya Ajira katika Utumishi wa Umma (PSRS) 1 Position Application Period 29/09/2026 - 12/10/2026 Duties and Responsibilities To provide legal advice and assistance to the PSRS; To provide inputs in the preparation of proposed bills/acts, subsidiary legislation (regulation, rules, orders etc.) and liaise with the Attorney General’s Chambers; To make follow up of cases in Courts of Law and courts decision in liaison with Attorney General’s Chambers; To supervise preparation and review various legal instruments including; To participates in various negotiation and meetings that call for legal expertise; and To Liaise with the office of the Attorney General’s chambers on litigation of civil cases and other court related claims involving the Secretariat. Qualifications Holder of Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) from recognized institutions and must have attended and passed Internship or Law School of Tanzania with working experience of at least seven (7) years in related field.
