About the Role
Our client is looking for an engaging and community-focused Community Outreach Liaison to join their team based in Mlolongo . This role is dedicated to building strong relationships within the local community, promoting awareness of our client's services, and connecting residents with vital support systems. You will act as a bridge between the organization and the community, organizing events, providing information, and identifying community needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage diverse community members. Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and information sessions. Provide information about available services and assist residents in accessing them. Build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, organizations, and residents. Identify emerging community needs and provide feedback to the organization. Represent the organization at community meetings and public forums. Requirements Proven experience in community outreach, engagement, or a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of the local community and its diverse populations. Ability to plan and manage events effectively.
