Job Description
The Kitchen Assistant will support the kitchen team with daily food preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen operations. The successful candidate will help maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, food safety, and organization while ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or hotel
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling
• Able to assist with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Hardworking, punctual, and responsible
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Able to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic English communication is a must
