INVITATION TO TENDER: OFFICE REMODELLING
Ref: TNT/PROC/3/2026
The New Times Publications Ltd (TNT) invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit bids for the design, supply and execution of the remodelling of its office premises in Kigali. The works cover a studio, control room, server room, IT room, visitor waiting area, meeting room, lockable file store, and the Finance & Administration and Marketing & Sales offices.
Site visit and briefing: 11 November 2026 at 11:00, TNT offices, M&M Plaza 2nd
Floor, Remera Gishushu, Kigali.
Submission: Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the TNT offices, Kigali, not later than 2:30 PM on 18 November 2026.
Qualifications and Experience of the Contractor
• Legally registered in Rwanda, with valid tax and social security clearance.
• At least 3 years of experience in office fit-out or interior remodelling.
• Demonstrated experience with studio, acoustic or technical room installations (preferred).
• A qualified project team, including a project manager, an engineer or architect, and skilled technicians.
• Capacity to deliver within the required timeline.
•
Technical proposal: understanding of the assignment, design concept, methodology, work plan, materials and finishes, project team and CVs, and relevant experience.
•
Financial proposal: priced Bill of Quantities in RWF, itemised per space, stating whether VAT is included, and a payment schedule proposal.
•
Administrative documents: company registration certificate, valid tax clearance certificate, social security compliance certificate, and any other required licences.
