Role Description The Owner role at H5 Resources Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Wakiso, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business. The Owner will manage daily operations, including supervising staff, coordinating projects, and ensuring services are delivered on time and to the expected quality. This role involves setting business goals, monitoring financial performance, managing budgets, and making strategic decisions to drive growth and profitability. The Owner will build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The position also requires developing and implementing policies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
• Strong business management and leadership skills, including experience overseeing operations and supervising teams.
• Proficiency in basic financial management, such as budgeting, cost control, and interpreting financial reports.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to address operational challenges and identify opportunities.
• Understanding of local business regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical business practices.
• Experience in a similar ownership, management, or supervisory role is highly beneficial.
• Relevant post-secondary education in business, management, or a related field is an advantage, but equivalent experience may be considered.
